What we collect

• Order data: your email, the packs purchased, amount, currency and payment status.
• Contact messages: the name, email and message you send us.
• Cart activity: anonymous cart events used to understand where checkout breaks down, and to email you about an abandoned cart if you gave us your address.

What we do not collect

We never see or store card details — Stripe handles payment data end to end. We do not read, store or train on anything you generate with the prompts.

Why we process it

To deliver what you bought, provide support, meet accounting obligations, and improve the store. Marketing email is opt-in and every message carries an unsubscribe link.

• Our hosting and database provider — order and message storage
• Our email provider — receipts and delivery emails

Retention

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Contact messages are kept for two years. Cart events are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time by emailing support@novauptilet.io. We respond within 30 days.
