Terms of Service

1. Who we are

NOVAUPTILET sells digital prompt libraries. We are the sole seller of every product listed on this site. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

2. What you are buying

A licence to use the prompts in a pack, not ownership of the underlying material. A one-time pack purchase grants a perpetual licence for one person, including client work. Pro and Team plans extend that licence to the number of seats stated on the pricing page.

3. What you may not do

• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the prompts as a product or bundle.
• Publish the pack contents publicly, including in free libraries or repositories.
• Use the material to train a competing prompt product.

4. Delivery

Access is delivered immediately after successful payment, both on the confirmation page and by email. If delivery fails, contact support and we will resend or refund.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices display in your local currency where supported; the currency charged is the one shown at checkout. Subscription plans renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.

6. Refunds

Covered by our refund policy: 30 days from purchase, in full, on request. See the refunds page for detail.

7. Availability and changes

We maintain and revise packs over time. We may retire a pack from sale, but existing owners keep access to what they bought.

8. Liability

Prompts are tools, and model output requires human review. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of AI output. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
