Refund Policy

One-time pack purchases

If a pack does not do what its page said it would, email support@novauptilet.io within 30 days of purchase with your order email. We refund the full amount to the original payment method. You do not need to justify the request, and access is revoked once the refund is issued.

Subscriptions

Cancel Pro at any time and you keep access until the end of the paid period. If you cancel within 7 days of your first charge, we refund that first month in full.

Team bundles

Team purchases are refundable within 30 days provided the onboarding session has not yet taken place. After onboarding, we refund pro rata at our discretion.

How long it takes

We process refunds within two business days. Your bank typically takes a further 5–10 days to show the credit.

Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a dispute. A refund is faster than a chargeback and we have never refused a valid request.
